Herefter dykker forfatteren ned i en r\u00e6kke f\u00e6nomener, som kan v\u00e6re med til afd\u00e6kke, hvad der stresser os \u2013 og hvad der giver os overskud i hverdagen. Det kan fx v\u00e6re i forhold til vores arbejdssituation, vores grundl\u00e6ggende v\u00e6rdier og dr\u00f8mme samt vores relationer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der tages specifikt fat om brugen af sociale medier og problematikken online-afh\u00e6ngighed, som flere og flere af os lider af \u2013 ofte uden at vide det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e6seren bliver l\u00f8bende pr\u00e6senteret for simple v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer og forslag til, hvordan vi selv kan blive opm\u00e6rksomme p\u00e5 stressf\u00e6lder og \u00e5ndehuller og derudfra tr\u00e6ffe et valg. I bogens sidste del beskrives metoder til at f\u00e5 fokus p\u00e5 det at v\u00e6re i nuet gennem mindfulness-meditationer, \u00e5ndedr\u00e6ts\u00f8velser og yogapraksis.
